The Runxin F112A1/A3 is a high-capacity industrial automatic multiport softener valve designed for large-scale water treatment systems, including boiler softening and RO pretreatment.
Both models share a robust construction with a maximum flow rate of 40 m³/h and use a side-mount configuration.
The primary difference is the regeneration trigger:
- F112A1 Operates as a timer clock type, where regeneration is triggered based on a preset time interval.
- F112A3 Operates as a meter (volume) type, triggering regeneration once a specific volume of water has been processed. It is also notably equipped with a built-in booster pump to ensure normal piston operation when inlet pressure is

Primary Applications

Operation Cycles
- Service (Normal Operation): Raw water enters the inlet, passes down through the resin bed (where ion exchange occurs), and exits through the outlet as soft water.
- Backwash: Loosens the resin bed and flushes out accumulated sediment or debris.
- Brine & Slow Rinse: Regenerates the resin by drawing concentrated salt water (brine) and slowly rinsing it through the bed.
- Brine Refill: Directs water back into the brine tank to dissolve salt and prepare brine for the next regeneration cycle.
- Fast Rinse: Removes any remaining brine from the resin bed and settles the resin for service.
