RUNXIN F63P1
RUNXIN F63P1
The Runxin F63P1 is an automatic multi-port control valve designed specifically for water softening systems. It features a high-hardness ceramic disk seal that effectively controls fluid direction while offering exceptional resistance to corrosion and wear. The "P1" designation indicates that this model utilizes a timer-based controller, which initiates regeneration cycles based on a predetermined schedule (in days or hours) rather than water volume.

Primary Applications
- Residential Water Softening: Ideal for household water softeners to remove lime/calcium from water, protecting pipes and appliances.
- Boiler Softening Water Systems: Used for feeding softened water into boilers to prevent scale buildup.
- RO Pre-treatment: Employed in pre-treating water for Reverse Osmosis systems to prevent membrane fouling.
- Ion Exchange Equipment: Suitable for industrial ion exchange units requiring automatic backwash and brine cycles.
- Residential Filtration Systems: Used to manage filtration tanks for removing impurities.
Operation Cycles
- Service: Standard filtration and softening operation.
- Backwash: Reverses flow to loosen the resin bed and remove accumulated sediment.
- Brine & Slow Rinse: Draws brine solution from the salt tank to regenerate the resin, followed by a slow rinse to push the brine through the bed.
- Brine Refill: Directs water back into the brine tank to prepare solution for the next cycle.
- Fast Rinse: Clears any remaining salt or debris from the tank before returning to service mode.
Key Features
- Hermetic Head Faces: The internal sealing surfaces are made of high-degree pottery, which prevents leakage and ensures longevity even with lower water quality.
- 72-Hour Memory Backup: The valve retains all programmed settings during power outages; only the current time of day requires resetting if the outage exceeds three days.
- Manual Override: A manual button allows users to trigger an immediate regeneration cycle without waiting for the scheduled time.
- Keyboard Lock: The buttons automatically lock after one minute of inactivity to prevent accidental parameter changes.
- Signal Output: Includes a connector for external equipment (such as a booster pump or solenoid valve) to synchronize with the valve's cycles.
- Interlock Function: Supports systems with multiple valves, ensuring only one unit is in regeneration at a time to maintain consistent system pressure.
