RUNXIN F88C

The Runxin F88C is an automatic, meter-type, up-flow regeneration control valve designed for water softener systems, specifically popular in industrial and municipal applications for handling large flows and high-hardness water. It often functions in a "one in service, one standby" configuration to ensure a continuous water supply.

Specification

  • Valve Type: Automatic Softener Valve (Dual-Tank)
  • Flow Capacity: 10 m³/h
  • Regeneration Type: Upflow / Meter Type
  • Mounting Type: Side Mount (Two tanks: one in service, one for standby)
  • Inlet/Outlet Size: 1.5" Male Thread
  • Drain: 1" Male Thread
  • Brine Line: 1/2 " Male Thread
  • Water Turbidity: <2 FTU
  • Working Pressure: 0.15 - 0.6 MPa (21.7 - 87 PSI)
  • Water Temperature: 5°C - 50°C (41°F - 122°F)
  • Mounting Base: 1.5" Male (Side mount, Top & Bottom distributor)
  • Riser Pipe: 1.5" Male (Side mount, Top & Bottom distributor)
  • Filter Tank: 18" - 21"

Primary Applications

The Runxin F88A1 is best suited for environments requiring a "Zero Downtime" water supply. Common use cases include:

  • Commercial Facilities: Hotels, apartment buildings, restaurants, and laundromats that need soft water at all peak usage times.
  • Light Industrial: Boiler feed water protection, RO (Reverse Osmosis) pretreatment, and process water preparation.

Operation Cycles

  • Service: Normal operation, producing treated water.
  • Backwash: Water flows upward to lift and clean the resin bed.
  • Brine & Slow Rinse: Salt solution is drawn from the brine tank to regenerate the resin.
  • Brine Refill: Fresh water is added to the brine tank to prepare a salt solution for the next regeneration.
  • Fast Rinse: A final high-speed rinse to remove any remaining brine and prepare the system for service.

Key Features

  • Up-flow Regeneration: Optimizes salt and water consumption, ideal for higher efficiency.
  • Metered Control: Automatically initiates regeneration based on water usage.
  • Ceramic Sealing Technology: Utilizes high-flatness ceramic moving and fixed disks that are corrosion-resistant and provide a reliable, tight seal.
  • Side-Mount Design: Specifically designed for side-mounting on larger tanks, common in industrial applications.
  • Stable Operation: Designed to handle significant flow rates and high-hardness water treatment, commonly used in municipal water treatment plants.
  • Automatic Functionality: Features a LED dynamic screen display, button lock, and signal output for automated operation.
