The Runxin F99A1/A3 are industrial-grade automatic softener multiport control valves designed for large-scale water treatment systems, offering a flow rate of 15m³/h.

They utilize high-flatness, corrosion-resistant ceramic sealing surfaces (hermetic head faces) for durable, no-hard-water-bypass operation.

The primary difference is the regeneration trigger:

  • F99A1 (Timer Clock Type): Regenerates based on a set time interval.
  • F99A3 (Meter Type): Regenerates based on actual water usage.

Primary Applications

Operation Cycles

  • Service: Normal operation, producing treated water.
  • Backwash: Water flows upward to lift and clean the resin bed.
  • Brine & Slow Rinse: Salt solution is drawn from the brine tank to regenerate the resin.
  • Brine Refill: Fresh water is added to the brine tank to prepare a salt solution for the next regeneration.
  • Fast Rinse: A final high-speed rinse to remove any remaining brine and prepare the system for service.

Key Features

  • Hermetic Head Structure: Uses high-degree ceramic pottery and corrosion-resistant gaskets for the opening and closing mechanism, ensuring a reliable seal and preventing hard water bypass during the regeneration cycle.
  • Operational Stages: The valves automatically cycle through five stages: Service, Backwash, Brine & Slow Rinse, Brine Refill, and Fast Rinse.
  • Brine Refill Control: Features an electronic ball valve to precisely control the brine refill process during the service stage.
  • Smart Indicators: Includes a long outage indicator that flashes if power is lost for more than three days, alerting you to reset the time. All other programmed parameters remain saved in the non-volatile memory.
  • Safety Features: Equipped with a button lock function that activates after one minute of inactivity to prevent accidental setting changes.
