PPR UNION BRASS
ZYPE PPR UNION BRASS INSERT
PPR (Polypropylene Random Copolymer) union brass insert is a specialized pipe fitting designed to provide a reliable, detachable connection between plastic and metal threaded components.
Key Features
Tailpiece: Polypropylene Random Copolymer (PPR), fused direction to the PPR pipe using a heat fusion process to create a permanent, leak-proof bond.
Brass Insert (Threaded): High-grade Brass, features male and female threads. It provides a strong, corrosion-resistant metal surface.
Union Nut: Brass, tightens over the joint to hold two halves together, allowing the connection to be assembled or disassembled repeatedly.
Corrosion Resistance: Immune to electrochemical degradation, rust, and scaling.
Thermal Stability: Capable of handling hot and cold fluids, with efficiency up to 95°C
Installation Method: Heat Fusion (Socket Fusion), which joins the pipe and fitting into a single, homogeneous piece, reducing the risk of leakage.
Low Thermal Conductivity: Provides better insulation than metal pipes, minimizing heat loss.
Long-Lasting & Durable: Known for high durability with a lifespan exceeding 50 years.
