RUNXIN F56A1

The Runxin F56A1 is a manual multiport control valve specifically designed for water filtration systems. Unlike softener valves, it focuses on three primary functions: filtration, backwash, and fast rinse.

Specification

  • Valve Type: Manual Multi-Port Filter Valve
  • Flow Capacity: 4 m³/h
  • Mount Type: Top Mount
  • Inlet/Outlet Size: 1" Female Thread
  • Drain: 1" Female Thread
  • Riser Pipe: 1.05 Outside Diameter
  • Water Turbidity: <20 FTU
  • Working Pressure: 0.15 - 0.6 MPa (1.5 - 6 bar)
  • Water Temperature: 5°C - 50°C (41°F - 122°F)
  • Mounting Base: 2.5"-8NPSM
  • Filter Tank: 6" - 12"

Primary Applications

Due to its robust construction and 4 m³/h capacity, the F56A1 is intended for systems where filtration is critical, including:

  • Sand Filters: For removing suspended solids from water.
  • Activated Carbon Filters: For removing chlorine, odors, and organic compounds.
  • RO (Reverse Osmosis) Pretreatment: Protecting RO membranes by filtering out large particles.
  • Swimming Pool Filtration.
  • Residential Filtration Systems (for large homes or light commercial settings).

Core Features and Operation

The F56A1 is a purely mechanical device, meaning it does not require electricity to operate. It relies on a manual lever to switch between system modes.

  • Core Functionality: It acts as a multiport valve, allowing you to direct water flow through the filter tank for different purposes:
    • Service (Filter): Normal operation where water is filtered.
    • Backwash: Water flows backwards to flush out trapped dirt and sediment to the drain.
    • Fast Rinse: Water flows forward again to settle the filter bed and flush any residual dirty water to the drain after a backwash.
    • Closed/Off: Shuts off the water flow entirely.
  • Safety Mechanism: The valve features a "push-and-turn" locking mechanism. You must press the handle down before turning it to a new position. This prevents accidental changes in flow mode, which protects the pump and piping system from sudden pressure surges.
